Marla joined Rourke & Blumenthal in 2003 and has almost 30 years of experience working in the legal field. In 1985, she graduated from Columbus Technical Institute with an Associate Degree.

She and her husband Roscoe reside in Baltimore and have three adult children and four grandchildren. They enjoy family vacations and attending their grandchildren’s activities.
