Tim received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 2002. He graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2005. While in law school, Tim was on the Executive Board of the Capital University Law Review.  He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Algenon L. Marbley, United States District Court Judge, Southern District of Ohio.

Tim joined Rourke & Blumenthal as an associate following his graduation in 2005. He represents injured plaintiffs in a variety of cases including wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, intentional tort, personal injury, and professional malpractice.
