Tim received his undergraduate degree with honors from The Ohio State University in 2002. He graduated magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in 2005. While in law school, Tim was on the Executive Board of the Capital University Law Review.



Tim joined Rourke & Blumenthal in 2005.  He has successfully obtained numerous jury verdicts on behalf of clients as well as settlements in excess of one million dollars in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, product liabilty, and catastrophic fire cases.  His practice is focused on civil litigation, including medical malpractice, product liability, trucking and automobile accidents, and will contests.  In addition to his work on behalf of his clients, Tim serves as a guest lecturer for the Capital University Law School Trial Advocacy Program.
