After receiving his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1978, Mike Rourke graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1981 and has been practicing in Ohio as well as numerous other states in various areas of complex personal injury litigation since that time. He has successfully handled numerous cases involving medical malpractice, product liability, employer intentional tort, commercial truck accidents and catastrophic injury and death. Some of his achievements on behalf of his clients are described in the Verdicts and Settlements section. Mike has achieved great success in representing clients with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, and has dedicated himself to helping these individuals achieve as much as possible in spite of their impairments.

Mike Rourke has served as an adjunct assistant professor at The Ohio State University Law School, and authored the Investigation of Physical Evidence chapter of Personal Injury Litigation in Ohio, published by the Ohio Legal Center Institute, he has spoken at numerous seminars on a variety of subjects and has served as a guest lecturer at Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, and Trial Advocacy courses at The Ohio State University Law School and Capital University Law School.  Mike's main focus continues to be on achieving the best possible results for his clients.
