Ken Blumenthal received his undergraduate degree from Marietta College in 1973. After working in various fields, he then graduated cum laude from Capital University Law School in 1983. He then returned to Marietta, Ohio to practice for 2 years, after which he joined Porter Wright Morris & Arthur to practice as a defense attorney in Medical Malpractice and other complex business and personal injury litigation cases, making equity partner in 1993. In 1995 Ken left Porter Wright Morris & Arthur to put his knowledge and experience in complex litigation to use in representing plaintiffs. He has been representing injured people ever since.

Ken has had several multi-million-dollar verdicts, and numerous million-dollar settlements in the areas of personal injury, including a recent unanimous verdict that awarded $8.5 million in a case of Employer Intentional Tort. Some of his accomplishments on behalf of his clients are also described in the verdicts and settlements section. He currently focuses on various areas of Personal Injury Litigation, including Medical Malpractice, Intentional Tort and Product Liability. Ken's ongoing goal is to fight for his clients to obtain the maximum recovery possible.
